Low Energy Power Operated Doors (ANSI/BHMA A156.19)
Low Energy doors are activated by a knowing act, such as the push of a button or wave of a hand. Due to the low speed and low force of operation, low energy doors are considered intrinsically safe and do not require safety sensors. We offer two Low Energy swing door openers, depending on the unique needs of the application. The Magic Access can automate manual doors up to 42” and 125 lbs. The M-Force can be Low or Full Energy. When used as Low Energy, the M-Force can automate large, heavy-duty doors weighing up to 700lbs.
