Configurations for Every Healthcare Facility
We ensure that your facility is equipped with the best in healthcare door technology. With multiple configurations and features, we can tailor solutions that exceed your expectations.
Our integral blinds are permanently sealed between two panes of glass to ensure protection against dirt, dust, and germs for improved infection control. Nurse visibility and patient privacy are easily controlled by a simple tilting of the blinds.
Translucent glass instantly turns transparent with the application of an electric current. This eliminates the need for additional privacy offerings such as blinds or curtains. The electronics and mechanics are concealed in the header for a streamlined appearance.
Our ProCare Series doors have catch-free contoured handles and a retractable positive latch hook shield, helping protect patients from getting IV lines or delicate equipment caught on any protruding handles.
Our ICU doors are leakage rated under UL1784/NFPA 105 and labeled as a smoke barrier. With concealed bottom sweeps and perimeter seals, they're also in compliance with 2018 FGI guidelines for pressurized airborne isolation infection rooms. Specific models with the isolation package are also STC-rated to reduce noise transmission.
Many of our ICU doors are in compliance with the 2018 FGI guidelines for pressurized airborne isolation infection rooms; please see our product comparison chart for specific models.
Our ProCare 8300 Automatic with Isolation Package is certified under ISO 14644-1 for use in Clean Rooms.
Healthcare Doors Built to Last
Our Dura-Care and ProCare doors are durable without being heavy and bulky. They maintain a sleek appearance as carts, gurneys, wheelchairs, and more get patients to where they can receive the healthcare they need. Our healthcare doors also fully break out to accommodate moving patient beds or large and sensitive equipment.
Protecting Patients, Staff, and Families
We know how important security is for healthcare applications—that's why we have options like access control for authorized entry, the ability to build in electric locking in all of our sliding doors, and delayed egress on some of our sliders as well.
Designed With Patient Privacy in Mind
With offerings like integral blinds and electric glass, patient privacy is top of mind. What's more, our doors are quiet so as to maximize patient comfort.
Door Service & Maintenance
We not only manufacture and install healthcare doors, but we also service them. With an average of 12 years of experience, our technicians certified by the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers diagnose and fix any manufacturer's door with speed and professionalism.
