At STANLEY, we don't service a customer's door at midnight for praise the next morning. We don't test our doors over a million cycles past the standard requirements to keep us busy. And we don't carefully inspect every door that leaves our factory because our boss told us to. We do it because creating customer value propels us forward.
For us, today's outperformance is tomorrow's baseline.
"Over the past 20 years we have had the pleasure of working with STANLEY on numerous projects. In all instances, STANLEY has been very responsive when it comes to providing design options and technical support. The STANLEY reps have always been very helpful and seem to have a ready response to any question or issue that may arise, which allows our projects to keep moving forward without costly delays. Access to this type of critical support, both during design and construction, is instrumental in the success of our projects. STANLEY has the depth of knowledge and experience to manage a project from pre-construction planning thru to Owner occupancy. We specify Stanley exclusively and will continue to do so for the next 20 years."

"I rarely sit down to write a review of any sort, and most of the time anyone you deal with is just there for their own paycheck. You, your company and your workers I have had the pleasure to deal with (Dillon and Eric), have restored my faith that a person can enjoy their work and represent the company they work for in a very positive manner. Thanks, and keep up the good work!"
– Johnny Moore, Customer Service & Utility Billing Supervisor, Bartow County Water Department
STANLEY employees Paul Price (left) and Chris Hicks installed a new automatic sliding door at Eddie Cox Senior Center after a fire destroyed the previous doors. STANLEY Access Technologies understood the need to install the new doors immediately, so when the Senior Center didn't have enough funds from the insurance settlement, the business stepped up to help. "The day I needed the money was the day I got the final amount. That's the way God works" says Director Margaret Cook.
DELIVERING UNDER PRESSURE
The revolving door at Saker ShopRite in Trenton, NJ was heavily damaged the evening before the owner of the company was to perform an all-day inspection. The STANLEY Access Technologies installation team worked overnight to ensure door was back in service by morning. Saker ShopRite’s VP of engineering & construction commended the team for ensuring a successful store audit under a tight deadline.
“This is customer service at its highest level.”
– Mark, VP Engineering and Construction, Saker ShopRites
“Your team was very professional, knowledgeable and the place was cleaner when they left than before they started. I wish all of my subs worked like you guys did.” – Site Superintendent for Walmart 5760 Tampa, FL
"Just a quick note to tell you how much we appreciated your quick response to our issues involving this set of doors. You were spot on with your quote and we were very pleased with Eric’s demeanor and attention to detail with our issue. He started out with sketchy information but rose to the situation once he understood our need. Sure you are proud to have him on your team. Again thanks for being such a great team member with our organization"
